Fielder’s Tavern at 1184-1186 Nanticoke St. in Pigtown is being offered for sale in an A.J. Billig & Co. auction that begins on Thursday at 12am and ends next Monday at 12pm. The auction includes the real estate, 7-day liquor license, and all furniture, fixtures, and equipment.
The two-building, two-story, 2,522 sq. ft. property features a full kitchen that can also function as a carryout with exterior access, a bar and dining room with two bathrooms, a second-story auxiliary space, a second-story efficiency apartment, and an unfinished basement. It stands at the corner of Nanticoke St. and Ostend St.
Fixtures include four beverage coolers, a gas range oven with a flat-top and broiler, a fryer, tables, chairs, and decorations.
Fielder’s is one block away from The Spot Bar & Lounge which was sold at auction on July 22nd for $259,000.
